Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Royal Wolverhampton School Swimming Club, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us (unused/unworn/still in original packaging).

You have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your order by returning your purchase within 7 days of purchase.

ReturnsĀ  Procedure

  1. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all labels/tags in place in an unused condition.
  2. We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.
  3. Please make sure your sizing is accurate by using the sizing charts provided. If you are unsure about sizing please seek the advice of your coach about suitable sizing - always ask about the possibility of trying a garment on prior to placing your order.
  4. When you receive your order, we understand that you will want to try them on to ensure the fit and feel is as you envisaged. Please do remember to always wear underwear or a swimsuit when trying on your purchase.
  5. It is the consumers responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item for training or competition making the item unsellable if returned! Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund/exchange if the returned product concerned is in a fully re-saleable condition.
  6. If your product develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no exchange or refund).
  7. If your product develops a fault after 28 days please contact us, we will send your product to the manufacturer for investigation and where the fault is found to be due to a failure in the product we will arrange an exchange or refund.
  8. Any return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
