Every member of the team gave it their all and came away with fine results, valuable experience and new PB's which will hold them in good stead for the new season. Well done to Casey Barrett, Aaron Costigan, Lewis Hodgetts, Tom Derbyshire, Emily Bate, Laura Hawkins, Alice Dearing and Holly Shepherd.

It was an outstanding achievement getting to the British Summer Championships but to place on the podium and have many top 10 finishes in new PB's was excellent.

Head Coach Marc Spackman said "I am very proud of the way my team is developing; the swimmers have a determination and experienced this seaosn how to learn from failure and come back stronger. This has been clear this week and something that will allow Royal swimmers to excel in the future".
